1. 鹽霧試驗 : 配置濃度為5%的氯化鈉溶液，連續噴霧24小時，觀察電泳/鍍鋅/鍍鉻支架表面抗腐蝕程度是否達到，《GB/T6461-2002》圓點圖9級及以上。
2.外觀質量 : 是否符合《GB/T6461-2002》圓點圖9級及以上。
3.功能質量 : 是否產生影響功能之損壞。
